Our cuisine is a tasty menu of stories that we saved to tell in here.
First courses, snacks, origins and mysteries
Bonito is located on a land where different cultures meet - each one leaving traces that your taste buds will be delighted to visit.
The first ones to arrive were the Tupi. With them we learned countless recipes that over time gained new ways of preparing.
Thence was born the fried, crisp yucca - a perfect companion for beer by the pools.
The Paraguayan Soup, which is actually a pie, is one of the most iconic and curious dishes of Bonito.
Our Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese snacks) are different - not only in flavor: the format is a half moon, and it is called Chipa.
Who brought the mayonnaise with garlic that awakens passions?
They say it was a Frenchman who wrote about a little prince, and left in his airplane to hide from the world in Bonito.
From pastures and rivers
From Europeans we inherit a lot of delicacies we can now call ours, including pasta, sauces, stews, and several dishes of cooked meat and vegetables.
The best cattle from Brazil - lovers of barbecue know that for sure - comes from these green, plains pastures, bathed by calm, crystalline rivers.
And where there is cattle there is drover, and also “Arroz Carreteiro” - another recipe that gained local color and flavor.
Bonito also has the best freshwater fish - such as the Pacu (South American fish) served in our ventrecha, seasoned with lemon, breaded, fried and served crisp to you.

The food at the resort is very rich, with comfortably familiar flavors in perfect balance with regional specialties.

The Nights, like the wines, deserve to be enjoyed quietly, so that you can taste a little of everything that is served in salads, meats, side dishes and desserts.
On holidays, vacations and special packages throughout the year our dinners are spectacular gastronomic feasts for the eyes, due to its decorations; and for the taste buds, due to the trip around regional cuisines from Brazil and many other countries. The resort features two restaurants, both overlooking beautiful landscapes.
